In a remarkable demonstration of unity, generosity, and commitment to educational excellence, the St. Charles Grammar School, Osogbo Old Boys Association (SCOBA) Stanza 838 has successfully exceeded its Scholarship Endowment Fund target, raising a total of ₦10,320,000 (Ten Million, Three Hundred and Twenty Thousand Naira).
Just over two months after launching the ambitious ₦10 Million Scholarship Endowment Fund initiative, the Stanza not only met its goal but surpassed it, underscoring the enduring spirit of service and brotherhood that defines the Charlean community.
A Milestone Achievement
Launched in October 2025, the Scholarship Endowment Fund was conceived to provide sustainable educational support for deserving recent graduates of St. Charles Grammar School as well as children of SCOBA Stanza 838 members. The overwhelming response from alumni transformed this vision into a historic achievement.
The Impact of Your Generosity
The ₦10.32 million raised will be invested in carefully selected low-risk financial instruments, with the principal preserved in perpetuity. Only the annual investment returns will be applied toward scholarships and educational awards. This endowment model ensures that the impact of today’s generosity extends far beyond a single academic cycle; creating long-term, sustainable support for future students.

The first scholarship awards are projected for the 2026/27 academic year, subject to investment maturation and process finalization.
